Happy Birthday, Instant Classic!

Attention all! I, Brian Carroll, have made an executive decision about the fate of Instant Classic. Now, you all know that I seem to have a love/hate relationship with this comic, but ultimately, I love it very dearly. For those who have had the unusual patience to follow its story over the years, you'll remember just how often I trip up on it. So, the four year anniversary (today) has inspired me to do something extreme.

I want you all to welcome the newest addition to the Instant Classic chapter marquee, "Classica dell'Arte." It's a return, basically, to the kind of jokes and stories that made me fall in love with IC in the first place. In typical commedia dell'arte style, it'll feature an emsemble cast of all the characters in the IC universe in more of a minimalist presentation.

The site is being worked on now (quite obviously) and will be slowly built around the comic as it updates Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

I'm going back to why I started IC. The love of the comic and its characters. No offense to webcomics and its supposed community, but I think the overall atmosphere of webcomics kinda suffocated me and now removing that, I find the comic enjoyable again.

With all that said, I thank you all for your patience and I rebuild IC from the ground floor up. I'm not throwing out anything (Prologue, Brothers Donathen, etc.) and everything that was canon before, still is now - but it's still nice to have a fresh start.
